Soccer Registration forms will be available in June every year.
Space is very limited. There is a registration deadline listed on the registration form but please realize "ONCE AVAILABLE CAPACITY IS REACHED, REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AND CHILDREN WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST". Please click on the information forms below for league dates & schedules. Click on the Registration forms below, print the form, fill it out and turn it into the recreation desk as soon as possible. You may mail it in with your payment to register your child. If there are no spaces left when we receive your registration in the mail, we will contact you.
