Adult Softball Registration forms will be available in December.
You must be at least 16 years old and regularly attend Christ United Methodist Church to participate. There is a Mens team and a Ladies team. Space is very limited. Please realize ONCE AVAILABLE CAPACITY IS REACHED, REGISTRATION WILL CLOSED. Click on the Registration forms below, print the form, fill it out and turn it in at the recreation desk as soon as possible. You may mail it in with your payment to register. There are also registration forms available at the Rec. desk. If there are no spaces left when we receive your registration in the mail, we will contact you.
